So, Nicole tagged me for this meme and since I have no desire to write a real entry, here goes...
Fret
Ugh. This word is very personal. I have the tendency to fret and worry about a lot of things. Sometimes I even fret over what I am fretting about. Heh. The dictionary says it is a state of annoyance and that is so true. The more I fret, the more annoyed I get over the situation which leads to the next word and what I should be exhibiting instead.....
Faith
I have to admit that faith tends to lack where fretting takes first place. It is unfortunate, too, because when I find myself trusting God and having great faith, God amazes me and I wonder how I could have ever worried about it in the first place.
I find it hard to have faith in my older kiddos and them turning out to be responsible grown-ups. But, when I exhibit faith in God and His promises I know that in time God will finish what He has started and make them beautiful in His time.
Fractious
This word seems to describe J0sh right now. He is terribly fractious the majority of the time lately. He seems to have an argument for anything and everything we say. This type of attitude seems to be wearing off on C0dy, too. Which makes R1ck so tolerant. Yeah, right. Preteens and teens are such a blessing sometimes =)
Football
Well, this word automatically makes me think of R1ck and his favorite team - the V1ikings. Luckily, they are playing pretty well so far this season. I am so glad that I do not have to listen to him rant and rave about Du@nte Culp3pper this year.
C0dy and J0sh also like playing and watching football even though all of us favor different teams - J0sh roots for the Rav3ns, while C0dy cheers for the T1tans and I find myself applauding the Be@rs.
Yeah, we like football around here and R1ck is really missing D1recTV's Sund@y T1cket.
